Juggling | Circus Skills | Yoga
Yoga encourages people to look inwards to solve physical and emotional problems; helps concentration, relaxation and boosts energy levels. Juggling and circus skills have similar benefits and can also help self-confidence. Having being inspired by jugglers, clowns and yogis (in the past) I enjoy passing on these skills and have worked extensively in schools and with special needs groups in Wales. Creating an ‘instant circus’ encourages team work and performing skills – and is a lot of fun.
1977-87 Singer and guitarist in punk and experimental bands
1987-96 Practicing yoga, learnt to juggle, performed street shows throughout Europe and travelled with circuses.
1997-2001 Japan; toured six times performing juggling street shows.
2001 Spending more time at home with family, shift from performing to teaching yoga and circus skills. Also qualifications in squash and football coaching.
