Arts Care Gofal Celf is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to develop, co-ordinate and conduct ACGC’s programme of arts projects with a wide variety of groups and communities.

Arts Care Gofal Celf believes in the power of the expressive arts to transform the lives of individuals and improve health, wellbeing and community cohesion. For over 30 years ACGC has been at the forefront of arts in health in Wales, working in community settings, hospitals, social care venues and schools. We are excited at the prospect of employing an additional Project Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team as we are about to take on additional premises in Carmarthen and look to develop a wide range of project ideas.

Founded in 1987, Arts Care Gofal Celf is a professional charitable arts organisation based in Carmarthen, West Wales. We are experienced in delivering high quality projects for & with people of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles.

We facilitate dynamic programmes which are diverse, inspiring and relevant to participants.  We work creatively to reach out to groups to encourage participation, working in partnership with a wide range of organisations in places where people live, work and meet. Our work encompasses most art forms and a wide range of approaches including long-term arts projects, performances, public art, artist residencies, exhibitions and one-off workshops.

With a wealth of experience in developing programmes in arts in health and wellbeing, arts and regeneration, arts in social inclusion and other contexts, Arts Care Gofal Celf can help you develop projects that meet your needs.


Arts Care Gofal Celf develops, manages and delivers arts projects and workshops in a range of settings, including work in health and wellbeing, education, youth and community groups, older people, people with disabilities, festivals and events and with those who are socially excluded.

We can provide workshops and projects encompassing a wide variety of art forms and are always happy to talk to you and develop a project using art forms and artists we think are best suited to tackle your specific goals.

We have a large database of freelance artists with a wide range of skills and we will be able to provide someone to run the project to suit your groups’ needs.

An Arts Care Gofal Celf staff member will manage each project – liaising with partners and artists, drawing up contracts, monitoring and evaluating progress – and will always be available to deal with any issues or problems.
