Artist Profile
I am an illustrator who uses a wide variety of media in my work including textiles and sculpture as well as drawing and painting. I adapt these same techniques to community settings. I devise and lead workshops that teach skills and access the imagination so that groups and individuals grow in confidence to express what they want to say through art, always remembering that the process of creating is at least as important as the work created.

Artists Biography
From a background in environmental education and community work, I retrained as an illustrator. I have since worked as a community artist with children, young people and adults, including people with special needs in community educational and residential settings. My illustrations have been published in books and magazines, as greeting cards and posters.
