Artist Profile
Jo works out of her own intuition and imagination creating a warm environment in which the individual can feel safe as they discover their own creativity. Gentle guided artistic exercises explore colour, movement, light and darkness. Painting the inner landscape through traditional tales and themes from the environment. Jo works with adults and children; she has experience of working with individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties and with young people with learning difficulties and autism.

Qualifications:
B.Ed; BA (Anthroposophical Art and Health)
Jo Kimpton lives in Solva on the Pembrokeshire coast where she has her own studio from which she runs classes and workshops in painting and drawing. She is an experienced teacher who draws upon her own life experiences and Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy to support her work. She has a deep interest in the human being and the power of art.
